7. Winner Selection, Announcement & Notification
Selection: One (1) potential winner will be chosen by Titan Gilroy of Titans of CNC from all shortlisted entries based on the judging criteria on or about November 2025. A shortlist of 10 will be provided to Titan Gilroy based on the judging criteria by CloudNC. The 10 shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide a video explaining their use case, technical feasibility & impact the machine would have on them for Titan to use to select a winner based on the judging criteria. Titan will select 3 finalists who will be flown free of charge to BOOMBASTIC where the winner will be announced. The 2 finalists who do not win will be provided with a CAM Assist subscription each as a runner-up prize.
Judging criteria: the entrants will be judged on 3 main criteria:
1. Their proposed use case for CAM Assist - looking for thoughtful integration of CAM Assist into the users workflows and how they plan to get benefits from the software
2. Their technical feasibility in relation to use of the machine - looking for clarity of use for the machine itself, as well as clear technical capability of the individual and/or business to maximise use of machine
3. The impact the machine would have on the individual - looking for a business models, geometries, work types that could not be served or wouldn’t be possible without the machine
Announcement: The winner will be publicly announced live during the BOOMBASTIC event at the Titans of CNC workshop (exact date and location to be published on the CloudNC website).
Notification: CloudNC will email the potential winner within five (5) business days after the random draw.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days, complete an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release, and provide any additional information requested for tax compliance.
Failure to comply, inability to verify eligibility, or undeliverable notification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Verification & Disqualification
CloudNC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who:
- breaches these Terms;
- tampers with the entry process or any website;
- provides false or misleading information; or
- behaves in a manner that, in CloudNC’s sole opinion, is unethical, disruptive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
- Is unable for any reason to travel to the BOOMBASTIC event

By accepting the prize, the winner grants CloudNC, YCM, and Titans of CNC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use the winner’s name, likeness, company name, city/state, and any statements made about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected will be processed by CloudNC as data controller for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and for lawful marketing communications where you have provided consent. Data will be handled in accordance with CloudNC’s Privacy Notice (https://www.cloudnc.com/privacy) and may be transferred to YCM and Titans of CNC solely for prize fulfilment and tax reporting.
11. Limitation of Liability
